I bought one with my windows 10 laptop from lenovo and it does not support windows 10 and no release date. Had to return it after many hours of talking to support till someone finally figured out it does not work with windows 10.

To use external speakers, they need to be connected to the L440 audio connector after docking, and disconnected when undocking. Bad design, not worth anywhere near the money. The dock for my T410 is SO MUCH BETTER. Bought two of these for my new L440, and thinking about returning them.

What a disappointment! This is really just a glorified USB hub. It has only one - VGA - video output.
